In numerous treatment processes it is necessary to ensure a secure and effective clamping of a movable part against a fixed part. A clamping device for an electrolytic plating bath comprises a circular plate having a plurality of apertures for receiving articles to be plated. The articles are held in position by a clamping device comprising a thermostatic element having a movable clamp subject to a translational movement under the effect of an increase in temperature, the said movable assembly cooperating with the piece to be clamped. By means of the device according to the invention an effective and positive clamping is obtained in a range of desired temperatures which is precisely defined by virtue of the choice of an appropriate thermostatic element.

(54) TREATMENT DETAILS
The invention relates to the application of electrolytic coatings, in particular, devices for clamping parts during electrolytic processing.
Closest to the proposed technical essence is a device for electrolytic machining of parts, comprising a housing in the form of a plate with fittings and a clip for parts, made in the form of a magnet 1.
However, this device does not provide effective and sufficient pressure, oco6eimo prn exploitations, when it comes to establishing electrical contact in the circuit, immersed in an electric bath.
The purpose of the invention is improving the efficiency of the device due to the reliability of the clamp.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the clamp mechanism is made in the form of thermostatic elements with a rod fixed in the element with the possibility of translational (1st mixing under the action of temperature change.
In this case, the thermostatic elements are radially mounted on the plate.
The device is also equipped with a crosshead mounted with the possibility of interaction with the thermostatic element with the workpiece.
The plate is rotatably mounted.
FIG. 1 shows a pressing device, a general view of the section; in fig. 2 - the same, top view.
The device comprises a housing made in the form of a plate 1 with mounting holes 2, into which parts 3 are installed, to be electrolytically processed. Plate 1 contains a conductive ring rim 4 connected to a current sink. Parts 3 are in contact with rim 4.

Plate I contains many thermostatic elements 5, the body 6 of which is rigidly connected to plate I, and the movable thermoelement rod 7 is directed radially toward the rim 4, and the angular position of the elements 5 is such that one and only din 7 rod lies on the angle iieHTpajrHHoro angle, formed by the adjacent holes 2. 3 Traverse 8 is installed with the possibility of radial sliding between the thermostatic element 5 and the corresponding parts 3, together with the rod 9 lying on the extension of the rod 7 of the thermostatic element and 5. The screw spring 10 tends to move the yoke 8 away from the parts 3, and the dimensions of the yoke 8 are such that it covers both parts 3 opposite it. During operation of the device, the temperature reaches the value to which the thermostatic elements 5 are tuned, their rods 7 initials move radially to the rim 4, push the yoke 8 against the action of the springs 10 and press it to the parts m 3, close the electrical circuit between the workpiece and the contact point 11. When the temperature drops below the setting temperature, the rods 7 are drawn in and the yoke 8 moves away from the parts 3 under the action of the spring 10, breaking the electrical and mechanical connection. Plate 1 can be removable and its loading is easily carried out outside the bath using automated means. Unloading is also easier. If the plate 1 is out of the bath, then it is cooled to the surrounding temperature, the parts 3 are no longer pressed and are pressed out by simply tilting the plate 1. The plate 1 can be turned, rotatably, for example, to; provide the possibility of centrifugation in order to eliminate treatment fluid. 1. Clamping device for electrolytic processing of parts, comprising a housing, made in the form of a plate with mounting holes for parts and a clamping mechanism, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the device due to the reliability of the clamp, the clamping mechanism is implemented in the form of thermostatic elements with the rod secured in the element with the possibility of translational movement under the action of temperature change.
